Description:
A hydrocyclone is a device that uses centrifugal force to classify a slurry. There are no sports, power components, and the corresponding mud pump is required.
Application range:
Widely used in oil extraction, grading operations in the grading process of colored, black and non-metallic concentrators

  Advantage characteristics:

  The hydrocyclone equipment has low cost, easy assembly and disassembly, and has small floor space and low capital construction costs. The unit volume processing capacity is large, the classification granularity is fine, the classification efficiency is high, the amount of DC and the time of the slurry in the cyclone are small, and the shutdown is easy to handle.

  The machine has high classification efficiency. It is used as the slurry classification of grinding circuit. Usually, multiple parallel combined units are selected. The classification fineness and treatment capacity are greatly affected by the diameter of the upper cylinder, the inlet pressure of the slurry and the concentration of the slurry, and the process fluctuation is large.

  working principle:

  The cyclone is a conical container with a cylindrical portion, and the inner conical portion of the cone is called a liquid chamber. There is a liquid inlet tube outside the cone, which communicates with the liquid chamber in a tangential direction. The top of the container is the overflow port and the bottom is the bottom port (also called the discharge port). A hollow circular tube extends from the top to the liquid chamber along the axis of the cyclone. This tube is called an overflow tube, also called a swirling director. An overflow passage formed therein to allow the mud to overflow. The size of the cyclone is determined by the largest inner diameter of the cone.

  Under the action of the swirling flow, the mud creates a low pressure zone in the middle of the cone, forming a gas column, causing a vacuum, which acts as a suction, discharges the light mud from the upper port, and the heavy particles smash toward the barrel wall and slide down the barrel wall. The mouth is discharged.
