Advantage characteristics

  1. The magnetic circuit of the iron remover body is designed reasonably, the magnetic field intensity is high and the permeability depth is large, so it is suitable for removing iron when the material layer is thicker.

  2. Adopting fully sealed structure and vacuum drying in the manufacturing process, it can effectively prevent dust and harmful gases from corroding the coil. It has strong adaptability to the environment and climate and long service life.

  3. Any material used in front of crusher and conveyor tape for iron removal can be applied to all kinds of harsh environmental conditions.

Working principle

  The strong magnetic force produced by electrification will suck up the iron mixed in the material and throw it out by the unloading belt to achieve the purpose of automatic cleaning, and can effectively prevent the longitudinal splitting of conveyor belt, and protect the normal work of crusher, grinder, plate iron remover, etc. In iron and steel plants and cement plants, it is mostly used for slag iron removal and protection roller press, vertical mill, crusher and other important equipment.

Generally installed in the head or middle of the belt conveyor.
