Advantage characteristics:

  1、 The electric control of electromagnetic vibration feeder adopts half-wave rectifier circuit, which can steplessly adjust the feeding quantity. It can be used in the automatic control of production process and realize the automation         of  production process.

  2、No rotating parts, no lubrication, simple structure, easy maintenance.

  3、The material of electromagnetic vibration feeder is micro-throwing motion, and the wear of material trough is small.

  4、Electromagnetic vibration feeder can adopt suitable material trough made of sheet metal, which can be used to transport materials with severe wear and corrosion at high temperature.

working principle:

    Electromagnetic vibration feeder is a relatively complete two-particle directional forced vibration elastic system. The whole system works in the low critical resonance state. The material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process, and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory to achieve the goal of continuous, uniform and quantitative feeding. This series of electromagnetic vibration feeder adopts thyristor half-wave rectification control mode, which is convenient for flow regulation and can realize centralized control and automatic control.
