Advantage characteristics:

  It has the characteristics of strong adaptability, wear resistance and long service life in harsh environments.

working principle:

  The high-strength die-forged chain with a pitch of 228.6mm is used as the traction member, and the two chains bypass the pair of driving sprocket mounted on the head of the body and a pair of tensioning pulleys at the tail of the body to form a closed loop in two rows. Each link of the chain is equipped with overlapping, heavy-duty construction troughs to form a continuous conveying line capable of carrying material. Its own weight and the weight of the material are supported by a plurality of rows of rollers, chain rollers and slide rails mounted on the body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer via the AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the extension sleeve and the driving device are directly connected to drive the carrier to operate at a low speed. The material discharged from the tail silo is transported along the conveying line to the front of the body for discharge, so as to achieve continuous and uniform feeding to the working machine below.
